Please bring a valid identification document such as a driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, passport, residence card (with address and date of birth), residence card or special permanent resident card that confirms your name, date of birth, and the address that matches your registered address.

Ａ.It takes approximately 10 minutes to fill out the forms and assess your items.

If you are using our pawn service for the first time, you will need to present your ID and fill out a pawn application form. We will take the time to explain the system to you until you understand it.

Please allow plenty of time for your first visit.

Ａ.There are many items that can be appraised, including watches, brand items, jewelry, cameras, and musical instruments.

Ａ.In principle, the pawn period is from the shortest day to the longest 3 months.

For example, if you pledge on 1/15, the first month is 2/15, and the second month is 2/16.

On 4/15, the last day of the deposit period (the pawn deadline), and on 4/16, the ownership of the item will be transferred to the pawnbroker (pawn flow).

You can extend the deposit period as many times as you wish by paying interest.(interest rate hike)

Pawn fees vary depending on the amount of money deposited (2~8% per month based on a full month calculation). If you borrow 10,000 yen and pick up in the third month Repayment amount is 10,000 yen principal + 2,400 yen pledge fee (3 months at 8%) = 12,400 yen If you borrow 80,000 yen and pick up in the second month Repayment amount is 80,000 yen principal + 10,000 yen pledge fee (2 months of 5,000 yen flat fee) = 90,000 yen If you borrow 200,000 yen and pick up in the second month Repayment amount is 200,000 yen principal + 20,000 yen pledge fee (2 months at 5%) = 220,000 yen If you borrow 600,000 yen and pick up in the first month Repayment amount is 600,000 yen principal + 18,000 yen pledge fee (one month's worth of 3%) = 618,000 yen

Ａ.Only you can make a pawn deposit at the pawnshop for interest.

If you are a proxy, the pawn will be held in the name of the proxy.

Ａ.Payment is by cash only.

Ａ.We will return it to you. However, we will ask you to present your ID and sign the pledge when you pick up the item.

Even if you do not sign the pledge, please notify us of the loss as soon as possible.

This will help prevent it from being taken by someone else impersonating you.
